Bad experience. The watch in its destroyed box comes to me during the journey. The watch has also suffered damage because the charging Button comes out of its seat.

The seller would like to make me believe and then Aliexpress Service that it has had to intervene in dispute, that the Watch arrived to me is not his, but from another shop from which I have bought other watches in the past. I am a retailer of this brand and logically he wanted to prove that I did not buy this model only from his store and therefore without trusting me and the video I sent with all the photographs (also of the crushed envelope before opening it with a number that refers to his shipment) Convinced Aliexpress that the offending watch is not his.

I have already purchased many watches from this seller and I have never contested anything, but now that one of his watches has received an unrecognized damage, obviously I will not buy anything from his store.
